At TRE, we are committed to creating an environment where all members work collaboratively to ensure every Titan succeeds.
Beginning for the 2025-2026 school year, HCS students in grades K-12 are not permitted to display or use a cell phone, smartwatch, or other electronic communication device on school property during the school day.
HCS is cultivating a dynamic learning environment that includes offering science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) educational opportunities across all grades.

Timber Ridge Excellence
TRE is "In Pursuit of Exceptional," taking action to advance opportunities, access, and outcomes in pursuit of ambitious goals for our students, staff, and community.
Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year, Ms. Krista Firkus, and our Exceptional Support Personnel of the Year, Mr. Gansel! Ms. Firkus inspires our Titans to excel through her engaging Music classes and extracurricular opportunities related to the Musical Arts. Mr. Gansel supports our Titans and their love for reading through his dedicated work in the Media Center.
Timber Ridge Elementary is the home to five houses: House of Positivity, House of Sincerity, House of Tenacity, House of Curiosity, and House of Integrity! Through our school-wide House system, our Titans are afforded opportunities to build community beyond the four walls of their classroom.
At TRE, we strive to foster strong community-based partnerships. We closely partner with our Parent-Teacher Organization each year to plan engaging events for our school community, such as fun Back-to-School events, the Fall Festival, the Holiday Shop, dances, and more!
We have many opportunities at Timber Ridge for our Titans to expand their learning and interests through clubs and extracurricular events such as Robotics, Reading Bowl, Chorus, Drama, and Beta Club.
Timber Ridge Elementary surpassed the 2025 state score in all four components of the College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) – Content Mastery, Progress, Closing Gaps, and Readiness. Our school also achieved perfect Progress scores of 100 points, surpassing the state score of 86.1 points.
This year’s school theme is Rooted in Kindness. Rising in Excellence.
Kindness is the foundation of all we do, shaping the way we treat one another, approach challenges, and build community. At the same time, we are committed to rising in excellence by setting high expectations, fostering curiosity, and celebrating the growth and success of every student.
